Company Soyz-Vino is:
Kuban. 45th parallel. This climatic zone is one of the most favorable for the cultivation of grape cultures. Located at the 45th parallel is the company’s main industrial complex for primary and secondary winemaking Soyuz-Vino.
For complex development, Soyuz-Vino uses modern technologies and new European schemes of winemaking.
Viticulture. The company’s vineyards are located on favorable plantations and slopes. The company has applied the advanced scheme known as landing to the young vineyards. Service and leafing are done with the use of new techniques and units NEWHOLLAND that also affect the potential of a grape wine’s development.
Today, «Soyuz-Vino» has 200 hectares of vineyards and produces Chardonnay, Cabernet-Sovinon, Pino-Fran, and Merlo.
Our company’s agriculturists and wine makers work on new projects relating to the development of vineyards. Manufactures visit annually and participate in different international exhibitions, which gives a positive boost to manufacturing and company development.

Manufacturing and Viticulture. The industrial block where grapes are processed, raw materials stored, wine-materials processed and wines are poured is located near the vineyards’ zone of cultivation. Grape processing is carried out on equipment made by the Italian company Della Toffola. This new equipment allows us to apply advanced schemes and processing methods that make for wines that measure up in the manufacturing world to Premium and Medium class. The wine maker’s experience and the high quality of stability that was present at each production phase are the criteria by which a wine’s class is measured. These criteria allow the consumer to estimate a wine’s class.
In 2009 we plan to process 3,500 tons of grapes for dry wine-materials. In 2010, we will produce champagne wine-materials for the Russian champagne manufacturer TM. We also plan to produce wine-materials for cognac spirits.
In addition to our vineyards at the 45th parallel, we have vineyards in Macedonia and Bulgaria.
Laboratory and manufacturing control. The company laboratory is certified by the Krasnodar and Russian center of certification, and it is on its way to receiving of ISO 9001. The entrance control of auxiliary materials, wine-materials and wines is carried out on the express equipment FOSS. The department of quality assurance conducts industrial inspections at each stage of the manufacturing activity.
'Sterile pouring' Adhering to quality manufacturing standards of wine-materials, Soyuz-Vino has introduced a manufacturing technology called «cold pouring». Pouring lines are equipped with the equipment of Italian manufacture FIMMER and filtration installations CUNO, which make for good filtrations. The company makes wines in glass bottles of several sizes: 0.7l, 0.75l and in the smaller “PET-bottles” of 1.0l and 2.0l. The Bag in Box wines come in 3.0 l, 10.0 l and 20.0 l.
Assortment. In 2009 Soyuz-Vino restyled all its wine-assortments. The assortment matrix today consists of more than 50 names of wines.
Warehouse. The total area of our warehouse is 324 sq. m. It is equipped with racks and has the capacity to store 700,000 units of production.
Made production arrives in conditions that allow it to be stored qualitatively and at a favorable temperature and humidity.
Inspiration.. Making excellent wine involves utilizing the wisdom gleaned from years of tradition with the latest producing technologies. Making excellent wine is also about inspiration. One must love the work and devote himself or herself to it entirely. Today «Soyuz-Vino » is proud of its production.
