Soyuz-Vino is a young and dynamically developing enterprise, which was founded in 2004 in the Crimean area of Krasnodar Krai. It is a full-cycle enterprise, which produces a wide assortment of grape wines. The company processes grapes grown on company vineyards (207 hectares) as well as grapes purchased at agricultural manufacturers.

The company seeks to maintain a full cycle of production and has an overall 971.6 hectares of land, which it uses for its own agricultural purposes. (100 of these hectares, it should be noted, are used solely for the cultivation of the company's own grapes.) In addition, the company manufactures grapes for wine production that it receives from Macedonia and Bulgaria, where the company also owns land and vineyards.

Experts at Soyuz-Vino together with the Kuban Agrarian University have conducted research of the country’s terrain. It was found out that the climate and region are perfect for raising clones of grapes that are of Cabernet-Sovinon-, Merlo- and Shardone-grade.

As a result of these findings, Soyuz-Vino decided to go under contract with the Italian company Vivai Cooperativi Raushedo and develop the terrain for winemaking purposes. We now have 800 grape saplings. Our agricultural branch, "Soyuz-grapes,” has modern equipment and knows the best techniques for landing and grape cultivation.

Our company has also entered the so-called «evolutionary revolution», which means we think of dynamic ways to raise our grapes: we vary the scheme of planted bushes, change grades, introduce new technologies whatever it takes to produce a better final product.

Soyuz-Vino is also engaged in constructing plantations and improving grape cultivating technologies. This begins with the careful selection of landing material and involves caring for the till of fructifying saplings and attentively processing finished crops. Careful control is carried out at all steps of the manufacturing process. All steps are carefully overseen, everything from the landing of a rod to open up a cask of vintage to the wines' pouring. The company also has modern equipment modified to suit industry requirements. The leading Italian firm «DELLA TOFFOLA» makes this grape processing equipment on which 3.5 thousand tons of grapes are processed per season. Our modern line of pouring, a monoblock, is one of the most advanced in Russia. All of it allows for processing that involves cold and membrane filtrations, which are the best way to make high-quality wine materials and wine. The total amount of storage space for a single storage of wine-materials is 600 thousand DAL. In 2007 2,365 tons of grapes were collected from our own plantations and other wine plants.

We also have a program underway that will allow us to maintain vineyards that will produce grapes used for cognac. Two artesian chinks have been drilled to a depth on 250 m for this purpose.

The main task of the company’s management is to constantly better the quality of its wines and production. In addition, the work that’s done at the company laboratory ensures that the proper microbiological and sanitary measures are taken during production. We have a modern laboratory with some of the most technically-advanced equipment for such purposes in Krasnodar Krai. The laboratory is certified by Krasnodar CJM and has been deemed well equipped to handle the task of wind-production analysis.
For consumer convenience all wines are offered in different types of packing. The company has started an operational line of pouring that sees 1.5 thousand bottles produced per hour and another operational line of pouring PET-PAK that sees 2 thousand bottles produced per hour.

Those who prefer classics can get wine in a 0.75 liter bottle with a stylish label. It is also possible to purchase our wines in 0.5 and 1.5 liter bottles. For those who favor convenience, we also provide Bag in Box packing. These Bag in Boxes come in different sizes and have different volume capacities: 2, 3, 10 and 20 liter bags are available. Also, we provide «Pet packs,» which are smaller and are available in 1 liter or 2 liter bags. Some find that this kind of packing is practical for them. The bags are easily transported and strong. Better yet, the materials used for these bags are harmless and don't affect the wine at all — they are what's known as «chemically inert» and do not leave a trace of residue behind. Soyuz-Vino also makes its wine available in kegs for buyers who'd prefer.

Our wine collections are created by company experts. We are dedicated to continually perfecting our wines with the latest technologies available. Soyuz-Vino is the first wine-making enterprise in Krasnodar Krai that has its own customs warehouse. In any case, the company is capable of working not only with import wine materials but also with ready wines. In 2007 the company finished building a plant that allows it to produce high-quality cognac spirits using classical technology. In autumn 2007, the company received its first cognac spirits.

Soyuz-vino will now focus on building a new shop for champagne. In addition it will build cellars for bottled champagne (classical). The cellars will also help elite wines endure. The wine will be stored in classical flanks that can hold 225 liters. The champagne department will be stocked with 10 akrotophores 10.000 Lt, which the company «SIRIÎ ALIBERTI», (Italy)will produce. The shop will be able to make 1.5 million bottles a year. Today, the line of pouring made by company "FIMER", Italy, can produce about 2 thousand bottles of champagne an hour or 2.8 thousand bottles of silent wine an hour and five akrotophores. Under the area where the wine is poured there is a cellar for bottled champagnisation. It makes 10 thousand bottles a year.

At the moment, the company seeks to expand the volume and distribution of its alcohol products. Our main priority is the expansion of our grape wines, cognacs and other kinds of alcohol drinks of «noble assortment». We also plan to form and develop our own retail-marketing network and build industrial infrastructure to further our winemaking capabilities. Soyuz-Vino would like to build its own shop of sparkling wines and further develop farmlands — raising more grapes, grain and vegetables — while furthering its industrial processing capabilities.
